Build The Mosque is a crowdfunding platform that connects campaign organizers ("Organizers") with donors ("Donors") to support various causes and projects. The Platform provides tools for Organizers to create campaigns and for Donors to make contributions.
To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Donors may make voluntary contributions to campaigns. All donations are made at your own risk. Build The Mosque does not guarantee that a campaign will achieve its goals or that the funds will be used as promised by the Organizer. We do not provide refunds for donations, except where required by law.
Build The Mosque may charge fees for the use of the Platform, which may be deducted from donations. Transaction fees charged by payment processors may also apply. All fees are clearly disclosed on the Platform.

The content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Build The Mosque or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
